We prioritize transparency in our pricing. Instead of detailed line-item estimates, we provide a comprehensive estimate that includes both labor and materials. We use only high-quality materials to ensure the best results. For payment, we offer flexible options, including a 50/50 plan (50% upfront and 50% upon completion), or alternative structures like a 30/20/50 plan, depending on what works best for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we start with an initial consultation to understand their needs and expectations. We then provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the work and keep open communication throughout the project to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in the trades, complemented by relevant certifications in plumbing, electrical work, and general contracting. Additionally, we continuously update our skills through ongoing training and professional development.
