- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge the lowest amount just to get a job. Instead, I charge a fair rate for my experience and quality of work. I do offer military discounts, just let me know. I have a minimum service call fee, plus an hourly rate after the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss their needs/project initially by phone, then schedule an in-home estimate. After preparing the estimate (sometimes off site), I provide it to the customer via email and answer any questions for clarification. We schedule the project, I collect any up-front payments due, and complete the work within the agreed upon time frame. I guarantee all workmanship for 1 year and will follow-up with the client after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received carpentry vocational training in high school, have been trained and certified in lead remediation, and hands-on plumbing and electrical training.
