We always strive to provide the best service possible, and in this case, we did everything within our power to make things right. We returned to the home twice to address the concerns you mentioned. During our second visit, your husband was present, and he personally checked the work and confirmed everything looked good. I stayed in direct communication with you throughout the process. The photos you posted appear to be from before we returned to correct the issues. We also offered to reimburse you for the lightbulb that accidentally broke while cleaning a specific area you requested—we had to remove the cover to access it properly. While we understand that not every client will be fully satisfied, we do take great pride in our work and always aim to meet or exceed expectations. In this case, we made every effort possible.
