I live in Alexandria VA and my mom lives in Richmond. I contacted Arrol Lock and Security to install a new door knob on her back door. Arrol was very responsive to my message and took the job. My mom called me and said how happy she was with his service and said he was very kind. My mom is 82 and lives alone so finding someone who is both kind and professional is very important. We will be using him again should the occasion arise!

Aarol did a great job and at a great price. In addition to what he was hired to do, he also reinstalled a door knob that has been installed improperly by a prior locksmith. He just said it didn’t look right so he was going to fix it and did not charge any extra. He did all of the work in an efficient manner. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had Arrol re-key our locks, install a smart lock and install a smart door bell and security cameras. It was a difficult task since we have a niche lock mechanism and no place to hide the security camera cable in one area. Despite this, he completed all the tasks and seemed genuinely committed to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He even came back for a small fee to add a mounting box to make sure all cables were hidden. And he did this all with kids screaming around him. We will use him again
