Absolutely wonderful team. Delivered on time, communicated the best way to escalate a product issue to Lowes. Very empathetic w my concerns. My favorite part was they took a video of the path they'd take to install washer before doing so. Then did it again once installed to insure there wasn't any damage. Very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend!

Our experience with on time shipping was TOP NOTCH!
Previously we used a different local company to move from Suffolk to Yorktown, and that company damaged SO MUCH of our stuff. So we were hesitant going into this move with on time shipping But, they reassured us that they would handle our items professionally— and they did!
Luis and jorge were better than the BEST— they were 100% AWESOME!! They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and nice!! 10/10 🌟 If we move again, I would request this team!
We also had a great experience with Jascary who quoted our move and Ravon who was the third gentleman that was with Luis and jorge the first day of our multi-day move.
If you have had bad experiences with other companies— don’t be afraid to try on time shipping . We definitely recommend this company and we will always use them for future moves as well.
