FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find it is the most fair and straightforward for the client and myself to charge by the hour. Every person and room is unique and there are too many variables for me to give really precise estimates before we get into it. I don't charge for my time dropping off donations, and only charge time for shopping for supplies if it is over half an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a 1-hour assessment where I can see the space(s), ask some questions, and make sure the client feels comfortable with me. We might start immediately, or set up a time for another day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under a well-established organizing company in Richmond, have read many books and articles, and have some counseling training.
