FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find it is the most fair and straightforward for the client and myself to charge by the hour, rounding to the half hour. Every person and room is unique and there are too many variables for me to give really precise estimates before we get into it. I will give a ballpark estimate during the assessment if that's helpful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can start with a free phone/video call, or go straight to the 1-hour in-home assessment. This allows us to meet in person, lets me see the space(s), provide some ideas, and answer all your questions. We'll make a starting plan based on your timing and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under a well-established organizing company in Richmond, have read many books and articles, and have some counseling training. My team includes a licensed social worker, a former retirement home employee, and more.
