About this pro

How does your service stand out?

My work has a unique feel to it because it reflects what's unique in my clients. I strive for a connection with each of my clients, approaching each session with the goal of leaving with a new friend. Portraits aren’t just about getting the exposure and focus right; although those things are important, the pictures that stay with your family for a lifetime are the ones that capture the emotion and draw you in with the story they tell.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Clients come to me during the happiest moments in their lives: celebrating marriages, newborn babies, and graduations, just to name a few. I am privileged to share in these happy times and try to help create an environment in which people feel comfortable to share their best self.

Erica was friendly, easy to work with, and the pictures were absolutely beautiful! She is a wonderful photographer for families! Her enthusiastic personality, patience, and obvious love for kids is evident in the gorgeous pictures she takes. She beautifully captured adorable moments between my two children! We can't wait to have her photograph us again!

Q&A

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My education and background was in Film Studies. In 2009, I volunteered to photograph the wedding of a friend and I was instantly addicted. The best pieces of everything I loved about video editing was at my fingertips with a camera in my hand and I didn't want to put it down (and I haven't!)
