John responded to my requested almost immediately and came out the next day to give me an estimate for the work. He explained what he had to do to complete the installation and we set a date for him to return. On the scheduled date, John was on time and completed the work within an hour. When he finished, he cleaned up and took the trash with him.

Vent cleaners managed to cut through our washer and dryer electricity. John fixed it all up and ran a new wire for us. He was here when he said he would be here, and cleaned up the mess afterwards. Thanks John!

It is nice when you hire a company, that you have never worked with before, and they come in and do exactly what you wanted. Price was good. They left their areas worked in clean. They made a lot of people happy in my home.

Flat rate pricing. Don't ask for an "hourly rate"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process goes like this: Make contact with the customer. Discuss the problem at hand, Schedule a date for the estimate, Develop a course of action, Issue a quote, Schedule a date for installation, Install, Payment, Happy Customer. It may sound confusing, but it's just a phone call and site visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year apprenticeship program. over 3000 hours of classroom education. 12 years personal experience, with 60 years combined experience within the company. VA, WV, & MD master electricians. No employee less than journeyman licensure. (you absolutely will get someone who knows what they're doing going to your home)
