I am completely passionate in what I do. My aspiration is to see ladies in my chair begin to bloom with smiles of confidence and desire to share their beauty with the world as transformation is takes place during session.
The most rewarding thing is that I get lucky chance to put my hands to, in a sense, to dive into little magical proceeds, and be a part of it. How can someone get tired of helping another to look and feel beautiful? Not me.

Vera did an amazing job on both my hair and Maid of honors hair. It held through a very hot and humid day for my wedding. It was just beautiful. I highly recommend Vera who is very talented.

I was speechless with how impressive my hair and make up looked. I showed her just a couple pictures and what I really liked about them and she made me look stunning and took into consideration how everything would look with my dress and how photography and lighting would change the effects! My hair has never looked better than it did today and I'm still speechless amazed with the make up hours later!
This was all a makeup trial for my wedding and we talked about what colors would suit better such as the lipstick. My hair also hates to hold a curl so I'm even more impressed that I have defined curls hours later! I can not gush enough about how amazing she and her work is!

Vera did a phenomenal job with my hair. I have had my hair done professionally for weddings four other times and Vera absolutely did the best. She was able to recreate the look I was after without any trouble and she was incredibly pleasant to work with! My other bridesmaids also felt the same. Vera was also willing to do makeup and she did a great job in a very short amount of time. If you are looking for a hairstylist you will not be disappointed, she is a gem!

Vera did an amazing job on my hair and make up for my wedding! She also did my daughters hair and one of my bridesmaids and they all looked so beautiful and I could not have asked for better quality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My bridal hair service starts at 175. It depends on the complexity of a style. I suggest hair trial for a bride for an additional fee.
My charges for bridesmaids start at 95. That includes curling/ down or partially up style. ( Hollywood glam waves come at different price upon request *
I usually travel to the event destination, so additional travel charges may apply.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to 2 beauty schools . My first studying experience was in Russia I. The beauty academy of Tver. Upon coming to States I have attended beauty school based from Alberta com college in VA. Throughout years I gave attended hands on shows, seminars to sharpen and to develop my skills. Such us Redken institute in NY., Wella conferences.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I gave started as a stylist back in 1999 in Russia right after graduating from Tver’s beauty academy. But my “ dive” into the world of special occasion styles began in 2002 when I first started working at the full salon and spa in a cute town Petersburg. South of Richmond VA. That’s when I began with my training in doing upstyles, attending shows and getting more excited as I dove in to this creative stream of a hair styling world.
