Introduction: I am helping individuals become healthier, physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. I offer a variety of products, programs, and services dedicated to helping individuals release the past, live in the present, and create happier, healthier futures! As a life coach, I am trained to listen and provide directions for a happier, healthier life by working with you as your friend. I will ask leading questions designed to aid you in discovering your limiting beliefs versus having someone who does not really know you and dictate their opinion to you. Together, like friends, we will formulate a plan for creating change, emotionally and physically. As a wellness consultant, I will work with you one on one, teaching you what to eat and why and what to avoid and why, using the same philosophy and guidelines of the American Heart and Diabetics Association. As my client/friend, I will then offer you unlimited support to help you work through the issues/challenges and experiences that prevent you from making changes or sticking to your commitment to be healthier. It all starts with a choice and willingness.
