- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The state-regulated fee for notarizing a signature is $10 per signature. For mobile notary services, there is a minimum travel fee of $35, which may increase based on the distance and location of the appointment. If you need multiple documents notarized or have specific requests, we are happy to provide a customized quote. Our goal is to make the notarization process as easy and convenient as possible while providing excellent service at a fair price.

I am a certified Notary Public for Virginia, having completed all necessary state requirements and training to provide professional and reliable notary services. Additionally, I have a background in real estate law, which has equipped me with the knowledge to handle various legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. My experience in reviewing legal documents and understanding the nuances of notarization ensures that each client receives the highest level of service.
