- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask some questions about your needs to help determine the best product size. we may ask for some pictures to help us make a determination as well. Once an agreement is reached, we take some basic info: Name, Billing Address, *****, *****, Delivery Site Address. We send you a standard contract for e-signature and a draft invoice. Once that is signed, we send a final invoice with a payment link for card payments. We take cash, check, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal on delivery. Pay.ent is required in advance unless other terms have been discussed and agreed upon.
