- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different. Some jobs require pricing by the hour, some jobs require a flat rate, however, with S&S you will get a detailed bill of material costs,labor costs, and we will ALWAYS try and find you the best deal on materials to fit your budget, as well as we will BEAT any competitors price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will speak with a new customer either via message on thumbtack, or via a phone call, once spoken with I will set up a time with my new client for me to come out, take a look at what they want done, get some information on they're budget and typically some measurements and if they're happy with me and my estimate I look forward to working with them and start within 48 hours. Most jobs can be started same day.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just finished a 450 linear foot chainlink fencing project. It took us 3 days with 2 guys.
