Work was performed for a leaking valve in the bathroom. Contractor had to come back out to fix because it was still leaking after he left. The issue was corrected after he came out the second time. For the simplicity of the job I thought the price was a bit high. I didn’t get a competing offer they were the first to reach out so kudos to them for being responsive.

Did not use their services but received two invoices and called the office and was told anytime they come out and give an estimate they automatically send out an invoice.
This could cause problems for customers who do not realize this and pay it.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
