We had a great experience with this pro. Originally I reached out because we had several toilets and faucets having sizes, and I am post partum and didn’t have time to figure out a DIY fix. Then the night before we were scheduled, our ceiling started showing some growing leaking spots from above due to an issue with the guest bath tub. He arrived and added this issue to his list, promptly fixed our toilets, and then got to work on the new and more serious issue. On top of everything else, he spent extra time on a fix that prevented the need for him to go through the ceiling, which I really wanted to avoid. Our issue / leak with the tub is resolved and with minimal drywall damage for access! We plan to work with this pro again with all plumbing needs.
