BestWay Plumbing was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The technician, Jared arrived on time, clearly explained the source of the leak, showed me the corrosion under the sink, and provided written options before starting the work. He replaced two shutoff valves and installed a new Moen faucet. The work was completed neatly, the sink is functioning well, and the service included a one year labor warranty.
My concern is with the company’s pricing. The total was $655.96 for replacing two shutoff valves and installing the faucet, which felt expensive. After discussing the job with several people familiar with home repairs, I believe the price was on the high side.
I was very pleased with Jared’s professionalism and the quality of the work, but because of the cost in this economy, I would compare estimates before hiring BestWay Plumbing again.

I had reached out to Bestway Plumbing & Drain for a second opinion after another company recommended a very expensive repair for what they believed was a leaking tub drain. Michael took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue.
He tested the plumbing, checked for leaks, and even recreated the conditions that caused the water intrusion. He determined that the plumbing itself was not leaking. Instead, the water was getting through areas that needed additional caulking around the bathroom, and he also pointed out that the tub spout needed new caulk and the shower arm just needed to be tightened.
I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. Would definitely reach out again for future repairs.

I had an excellent experience with Bestway Plumbing and will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.
Our technician came out after my son managed to lodge a hard toy in our toilet. He did everything he could to remove it with an auger, but because the toy was so firmly stuck, the toilet ultimately had to be removed. He replaced the wax ring, reinstalled and resealed the toilet, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Throughout the entire visit, he was professional, personable, honest, and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs.
One thing that really stood out was their approach to pricing. After previous experiences with a larger plumbing company that quoted nearly $800 to replace two toilet flappers and a fill valve, I had become very skeptical of plumbing companies. Bestway Plumbing restored my confidence. They even gave me a discount on this repair and offered to provide a free second opinion on the recommendations from that larger company’s inspection.
Since there weren’t any major plumbing concerns, I decided to handle the minor toilet repairs myself, and there was absolutely no pressure from Bestway to purchase additional services. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find.
If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is fair, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping customers rather than upselling them, I highly recommend Bestway Plumbing. They’ve earned my trust and will be my first call for any plumbing issues going forward.

we are a flat rate company. our estimate are free. if the technician needs to perform services to give the estimate, he will provide up front prices before work is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, we will set up a convenient time to come out and go over your job and give you options and go over pricing for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we take all necessary Plumbing training and do classes throughout the year for all of our technicians and service manager
