Elder is fantastic. We had a mystery leak...a few years ago, we converted the 3rd floor of our townhouse from a great room, to a master bedroom with a full bath. When built, the 3rd floor was plumbed to support a bathroom. Problem...when someone took a long shower on 3rd floor, dampness on 1st floor bathroom ceiling. Short showers nothing. When Eldar checked it out, I wanted him to start on the 3rd floor, to examine the plumbing with the new addition. But he insisted that the proper method was to start on the 1st floor and work backwards. So, hole in ceiling of 1st floor bathroom (with shower on 3rd running). Confirmed minor leak, running along main drain pipe. Next, hole in wall on 2nd floor bathroom. Leak was found! Over 20 years ago, before we moved in, someone had screwed something in the wall, and made 3 small holes in main drain pipe. They were high up on the pipe, so no leaks from toilet, sink, or shower on 2nd floor...just a problem waiting for someone to add a bath on the 3rd. Eldar repaired the pipe, and was flexible with me, giving me time to get drywall repaired before replacing the 2nd floor toilet. I'm very happy with his work, professionalism, cleanup, and expertise. Highly recommended.
