Khalid provided outstanding plumbing service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain that the main problem was a badly clogged bathroom drain that was causing water to back up into the shower. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the repair efficiently with exceptional attention to detail. What impressed me most was his honesty and commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. He used the proper tools to clear the blockage, flushed the line thoroughly, and checked for any signs of leaks or lingering buildup before he left. He treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean, and made sure the drain was flowing smoothly and everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you find someone who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Khalid does exactly that.
