Josh was the first pro to respond to my request for a quote. He had good overall ratings for what I considered an adequate quantity of reviews. Asked Josh to help me swap out my old garbage disposal with one I had aready purchased. We exchanged messages over a few days via the app to coordinate a good appointment time. I aso sent photos. He answered my questions about related work, saying I didn't need other pipes replaced. He arrived on a rainy evening. Without prompting, he removed his shoes when he entered my place, an extra measure of care. He was efficient in the swap, tested the work to confirm no leaks, and took good care with my property. I had some questions unrelated to the garbage disposal and he patiently chimed in with his expert opinion. I would be happy to hire him again for future jobs. Thank you, Josh!

Josh was very quick to respond and was able to come out same day to install a microwave. He is highly skilled and knows his way around various structural and safety aspects, and has a lot of experience that made me choose him for this install. He's also very respectful, operated in a clean and workmanlike manor. My kitchen wall was not as simple and straight forward so it was ideal to have Josh and his expertise, very glad I contacted him. New microwave looks great. Will definitely utilize Josh for future needs.
