We offer a low $49 diagnostic/service call, waived with repair. Enjoy 10% discounts for military and seniors (65+). We provide honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees and affordable repair options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions about the appliance issue to understand the problem. Then we schedule a convenient appointment time, often same-day or next-day. On-site, we perform a full diagnosis and clearly explain the issue along with repair options and pricing. If approved, we complete the repair on the spot whenever possible. We always test the appliance before leaving and make sure everything is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional experience working with appliance repair companies and warranty providers like Puls, Liberty Home Guard, and AFC Home Warranty. I’ve worked on a wide range of brands including GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, and more. I continuously stay updated with modern appliance technology and diagnostics to provide accurate and reliable repairs.
