Marcus from Innovated Appliance Repair did an outstanding job during my recent service call. He responded extremely fast and quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a central fuse. In addition to resolving the immediate problem, he proactively addressed components that could potentially become issues in the future. He explained everything clearly as he worked and allowed me to observe the process, which I greatly appreciated. Marcus was very, very professional, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire visit. As an added bonus, he vacuumed out lint that had built up inside the unit at no extra charge, kept the cost low, and cleaned up completely before leaving. I highly recommend his services.
