I had a great experience with the technician who came out to diagnose my Samsung oven. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. My oven was locked and I wasn't sure what the issue was after I had used the self clean function on it, but he quickly identified the problem and efficiently got it opened. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and strong work ethic. He took the time to explain what was going on. It's not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such high-quality customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair. Excellent service all the way around!

The tecnician was professional, punctual and clearly knows what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently an my fridge has been working ever since. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of appliance service

NizFix is run by Nishant, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. He's honest, communicative, and super polite throughout the whole process. It was also super easy to have service requested for my washer. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, showed up when he said he would, and fixed the issue without any hassle. No upselling, no pressure -- just straightforward, quality work. It's hard to find someone reliable these days, but Nishant definitely is. I'd absolutely recommend NizFix and will be using him again if anything else comes up.
