There was effective communication, active listening, and some thought put in each time of service. Mel was punctual and kind. Her positive presence brightened up the room. Melanie is amazing to work with, I love how I can just give her a theme and she brings it all together. Mel’s Balloons is where I get all my balloons from, the work quality is off the hook, very professional, respectful, on time and flexible. These are just few of the projects she’s created and I have my son’s 1st birthday celebration coming soon and you better believe I’ll be using Mel’s Balloons!!!
