We are glad we hired Ponce Remodeling. We needed a contractor quickly and they were able to come out for a quote the next day and start work the following week. Franklin did a nice job moving the kitchen downstairs where half a kitchen was already set up and turning the old kitchen into a bedroom. Idalia was very responsive and communicative which we appreciated. Their estimate was fair and the work was completed in the timeframe we needed. If something wasn't exactly right, they were able to fix it in a timely manner. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ponce Remodeling has done a fantastic job finishing our basement. All new Sheetrock walls and ceiling including recessed lighting. So great in fact I already have them scheduled to come back for additional work.

We had Franklin remodel two bathrooms in our home. He completed both to our satisfaction and in a timely matter. He communicated with us through the entire project to make sure it was completed the way we envisioned it. We plan on using Franklin again for other remodeling projects in our home, his workmanship is impeccable!
