I have an issue with rotten wood on the exterior of my house. Pablo was responsive on my inquiry. On the same day he went to see the issue in person and provided an estimate. When time to perform the job, we discovered more issue and he took the time to fix the issue properly. He diagnosed other issue and recommended a proper solution. I definywould hire him again. The quality of work is great and the price beats other quotes.

If I could give Pablo 10 stars I totally would. Our slider started getting stuck and we realized that a piece of molding had come loose between the doors and was jamming the door. We couldn't push the molding back in without removing the door, which we tried to do - but it was impossible to get the door out. We ended up with the door half in and half out of the track. The wheel mechanism wasn't working right, so it wouldn't retract enough for the door to come out and the fit of the door was way too tight.
Pablo got the door out, repaired the rolling mechanism and the molding better than new, and he completely cleaned and lubricated the door so it works better than when it was new!! Excellent work completing an almost impossible repair. We are so happy to have the door fixed so beautifully and we can't recommend Pablo highly enough.

I have over 18 years of hands-on experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. I’ve been trained by some of the largest contracting companies in the industry, which taught me the technical standards for structural repairs, electrical wiring, and high-end finish carpentry.
