Loved working with Bill. He removed carpet and tack strips in our basement and was incredibly fast and and easy to work with. We plan to work with him again to install new flooring!

Overall carpets look great. One stain wasn’t removed all the way. A bit on the expensive side. Carpets were very wet at least 2 days and dried completely on the 4th day. I wasn’t too thrilled about the deodorizing fee being added at the end. I prefer to hear all possible charges up front.
