I was extremely impressed with everything about Caridad Home Services -- from Oscar Sanchez responding to my Thumbtack message within minutes, then coming out on a bitterly cold Sunday in January when our driveway was still covered with inches of ice and snow and he had many other customers calling him, then quickly diagnosing the problem with our furnace and condensate pump, then coming back with his partner Brandon and the necessary supplies to do the repair, and finally doing numerous checks on the system and cleaning up before leaving -- all at a very reasonable price and with complete professionalism and an upbeat demeanor. I was so impressed with Oscar that my husband and I will probably use his company when we do our planned replacement of our entire HVAC system and water heater in a few months. Sometimes what seems like a big homeowner headache can turn into a stroke of providence when the right person appears and you realize that you have found a much better service provider than the one you have used for years. ;-)

Oscar and his team provided great service to replace my furnace and AC, especially during the extreme weather and the ground was still covered with thick ice. They managed to install the whole system with the inconveniences and did not complain at all. They also always reply very fast and keep me informed during the process. Their quick action saved me and my cats from frozen in the snow.
