The contractor gave us a great list of options and made sure that we also had the information about availability of hardware (one of the item that we wanted was on back order for a month) so we could make the best choice for our situation. The installation was done quickly and very professionally.

Thank you, cool breeze services, for taking care of us and our thermostat/old house problem. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Dealt with a wiring curveball like a pro. Got the new thermostat connecting and working within minutes, and stayed to make sure everything was functioning as it should. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

I had other contractors tell me that my thermostat was too old and couldn’t be replaced. JD got the job done without question. I went from the original Honeywell Thermostat installed in my condo to a Nest Thermostat. Great customer service, great communication. No issues and works well. Highly recommend.

He arrived on time and was very honest regarding my repairs. I was so pleased with his work, that I asked him if he tiled floors.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

i have been doing this since i was in the United Kingdom ( i had also worked in this line of work at London Heathrow Airport & in the New Terminal 4 ), i got trained up right after my first job in " hand made " Brass Ship Horn Manufacturing in the UK

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

i think perhaps firstly : 1 = ask if the provider has actual experience of doing this sort of work, or arranging for this sort of work to get carried out professionally by associates 2 = if the price is like dirt cheap, then surely that would raise an eye brow pretty quick 3 = if you get a price that seems somewhat high, just ask for the breakdown, is that price for parts & labor, and if so, what proportion is the parts cost, against the labor , then just ask what part is it that will get replaced, once you have established, simply search for that part online, and see if things " add up " 4 = ask if you can provide your own parts, i don't see any problem with that at all, so long as you have the right parts, as it will be your own loss if the parts you have found are not exactly correct

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

i wish customers knew that i am just an ordinary family man, & my profession involves working very long hours as well as nearly almost every week end, it's is nice working for yourself, but for sure it's not always as easy as apple pie .......
