We love that they're a small business. They responded very quickly and fixed or AC at a reasonable price. The contractor was friendly and even explained a lot about other maintenance items on the unit to my husband so that he can take care of them himself. They obviously care about their customers and aren't trying to nickle and dime you.

Stop searching! Hudson’s Heating and Air Conditioning is the HVAC company you’ve been looking for. I had a complicated issue with our dryer vent, and after calling two other well-known, local HVAC companies, neither was able to properly resolve the problem. They wasted both my time and money. Then Rolando from Hudson’s showed up, exactly on time with a 30-minute heads-up, and quickly diagnosed the issue. In our case, we needed to cut through some drywall. Although cutting drywall isn’t part of their usual service, I asked Rolando to do it, and I’d take full responsibility. I was confident he would handle it with professionalism, and he did. He cut the drywall precisely where it needed to be and immediately performed the repair to the highest standard. As someone who’s very particular, I was truly impressed by Rolando’s thoroughness and attention to detail. He went above and beyond, and I can’t praise his work enough. Even for such a complex job, the price was very reasonable! Oh, and don’t forget to sign up for their promotional Yearly HVAC Maintenance Plan while it lasts. I’ve already received quotes from other companies, and not only is Hudson’s more affordable, but they actually do the work, covering more than just basic maintenance. I’ve already recommended Hudson’s and Rolando to many of my friends because I’m so confident in their work. I’ll be hiring them again for any future HVAC needs; though, hopefully, I won’t need to call them too soon! :)

It was a very professional visit in which the hvac was serviced. I am actually in need of a follow-up visiti to check on our thermostats that do not seem to functioning right. Need to relay this to Hudson's to see if they can do this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount on repairs with a membership. I waive diagnostics or apply the fee to the repair. I don’t charge overtime fees for nights,weekends or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain everything that I am doing and why. I enjoy educating clients on the equipment they have and how to take care if it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC masters license and 28 years of install,maintenance and service experience. Ihave taken multiple factory trainings with most Hvac systems and can work on anything.
