We met with Curtis and he couldn’t have been more polite and patient. He addressed all our concerns and no pressure to sign contract on the spot. He provided us a range of options from bare minimum to get our deck safe again to a few upgrades to a full replacement. A lot to consider. We could not be more satisfied with the entire process of switching to composite decking with PWH. The sales agent was very transparent in options and pricing. The sales office and customer service team made frequent contact with us. The field crew was quick, professional and communicated with us throughout their process. Was even impressed by the number of quality assurance visits and phone calls. They all stand behind their commitment to A1 service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following the initial In-Home consultation meeting with our customer, our next step is to begin designing the project according to their specific needs and preferences. Once the design is finalized, we proceed with scheduling the build phase. Upon completion of the construction, we deploy our team of quality control inspectors to thoroughly examine every aspect of the project, ensuring that it not only meets our own rigorous standards but also aligns with the high expectations of our valued customers.
