The estimate on the job was quick and fair. The work was completed in an expedient fashion and at a convenient time. We were treated with total respect and professionalism. True customer service and the personal touch are rare in this time, but Master Plumbing is a step above. i would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

Khan responded to my request for help in a few minutes of posting my need. He set an appointment for the same day, determined what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Because I live in a high rise we had to coordinate with the building for the water shut off and Khan worked to make this happen as quickly as possible. He completed the job quickly, thoroughly and professionally. When he left the bathrooms were clean and all evidence of the leak was gone. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained what he was doing and reviewed the finished work with me before leaving. He did a great job and I would recommend him without hesitation. I would call him first for future plumbing issues.
