The one thing I have noticed is that people are in a hurry to get the job done that they don't do the necessary prep work needed for a great job. My focus has always been to evaluate the task at hand and find the right way of getting it done the right way first. After being in construction management I found that working with my hands is what truly gives me joy. Knowing that my finished products are quality, like I would my own home, gives me the joy of working and the desire to work more, after all, if you love what you do, you never really work.

Dave is great to work with. He came out to our house where my husband walked him through our dozen or so miscellaneous projects that needed to be completed, such as drywall repair, door trip, ceiling patching, door hanging. He got it all done on time and on budget, he was a pleasure to work with, and our dog misses having him around for company.

Dave responded quickly to my bid for someone to fix up a closet where my water heater sits. He proposed a few ideas and gave me a very reasonable bid. The day of, he showed up when he said he would, went to purchase materials from Home Depot (across the street) and quickly got to work. During the process, he ran into a few issues with my wall that were quickly fixed with his creative thinking (which he said he was dreaming about before he arrived at my place). The result was a wall that was fixed, the mice in my condo are denied access into my place, and me a very satisfied customer!
