What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
arrive to customers home, give an exact price on how much the job will cost. and it doesn't matter if it takes more time than what I assumed. My goal is to leave the customer with a smile on their faces. because that will create more Jobs for us in the future.

I got my high school diploma. 4 yrs of apprenticeship school. 10 yrs experiance in the field.
