I had a tripped circuit breaker that required immediate service. JAJ was out within two hours on a Friday night, found the cause, and resolved the primary issue. I also had them look at some lighting issues and will likely be hiring them for follow-on work.

Had a partial power outage in our house that another electrician was not able to solve. JAJ sent Marcus out, who diagnosed and solved the problem within an hour, and also pointed out other areas of concern. He worked quickly and efficiently, and it was obvious he really knew what he was doing. I'm so glad that I came across them.

Arrived during the time frame stated. Even called to make sure they wouldn't be disrupting dinner, which I thought was very courteous. Jason quickly pinpointed the problem, which was a bad light fixture instead of the circuit breaker I thought it was, and determined another item that I had been told needed to be replaced by another electrician a while back was actually fine. Very customer oriented.

Jason and his crew did great work. They came at 7 am as requested, did a great, quick job, cleaned up everything, and were on their way. The recess lighting is beautifully done, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did.

I posted a request in the evening and heard from JAJ within minutes. I gave them a call the next morning and they schedule someone to come out that afternoon. They replaced 2 light fixtures with chandeliers and it took about an hour. Extremely professional and quick! Will contact them directly next time I have an electrical need for my home. Thanks!

All techs are required to take code refreshment courses every other year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Troubleshooting electrical problems, Changing switches, plugs, and other devices, adding lights and ceiling fans in rooms where no electrical location existed before, and hiding wires that go to cable boxes, and other components to televisions mounted on the wall.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of all of our projects. It doesn't end until the customer gets the result they were looking for. In mostly all cases we exceed the expectations.
