What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way to get accurate pricing for your job is to reach out. I'm very responsive to text and email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy.
We set up a quick video chat or phone call to discuss your expected deliverables. Once completed, I will create a document listing those deliverables, my expectations, and the cost.
Once that's done, we will set the terms of payment. If the job fee is under 1k, it must be paid before the event. If the project is over 1k, a 50% deposit can be requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been using digital cameras for 20 years. I'm an FAA-certified drone pilot. My clients range from private citizens, to solo entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits. I have been trained by a state-run organization to never miss details and focus on quality, not quantity. I continue my education through online courses.
