Tyrone was super responsive after I was stung by a swarm of yellow jackets on a Sunday. I am allergic to insect stings and he understood my sense of urgency for service. He was at our house Monday morning, and his spraying that day killed all the jackets. Tyrone guarantees his work, and if it had been necessary for him to return and physically dig out the hive, he would have done so at no extra charge. That appears not to be true for all vendors. Tyrone also followed up with me on Wednesday, just to make sure no news was good news. And to top it off, Tyrone is a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. He responded to each of my contacts when we were setting up service within a few minutes, if not less. I highly recommend his services. He is a one-man shop, and that I found to be a plus. He was much more “substantively” responsive than a few larger vendors that try to be first to respond to a request for bids (sometimes with the help of a sophisticated phone system and AI), but then put you in an endless loop of phone or email tag to schedule and hear service details. Perhaps my weekend request was a challenge for some, but I had all the information I needed from Tyrone to move forward from our first contact.
