Extremely responsive! Zaak contacted me within minutes of my request for an estimate, immediately went to my house and surveyed, provided pricing, and said he could complete the work same day. He repaired about 30 patio fence posts and power washed the entire fence . . . all within about six hours of my initial query. Great customer service!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your project, goals, budget, and timeline. Next, we arrange a site visit to assess the work and prepare a detailed estimate. Once you approve the scope and terms, we schedule the project and coordinate materials, labor. We keep you informed throughout construction and finish with a walkthrough to review the completed work and address any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and have five years of experience in construction, home improvement, and commercial projects. Zaak Constructions holds a general contractor license through DPOR. My background combines hands-on construction experience with formal project management training to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.
