I'm so glad I found him on Thumbtack. He responded quickly, arrived prepared, and had all the right tools to get the job done.
Within about an hour, he repaired all three of my home fitness machines: my exercise bike, elliptical, and walking treadmill. He even came with an extra seat for my bike, which I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciated. That level of preparation told me he knows his equipment inside and out.
He was personable, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Once everything was repaired, he had me test each machine to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
After booking him through Thumbtack, I looked him up on Yelp and saw he had excellent reviews there too. After today's experience, I completely understand why. Quality work, fair service, and no wasted time.
I'll definitely be using him again whenever my home fitnessequipment starts acting up. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the repair, response time, as well as the availability times to complete the repair. I tested the machine multiple times while the technician was here. He wanted to make sure that the issue that he found was fully repaired and the only issue before he left. He also let me know when he was on the way and showed up right on time.

Rubio just replaced my treadmill belt for a Sole F80 as well as calibrated and checked the motor. He tested the belt several times, ensuring the belt would not move and watch me actually use it to ensure it was safe. The belt felt great, and he gave me some additional great tips on keeping up the maintenance and things to watch out for as well.
I truly am appreciative as he was able to schedule with me within 3 days of our initial contact
I highly recommend it, and I will be using him for all my home gym equipment. Thank you Rubio!
