Tabletoppers By Cathy was created to provide elegant yet affordable solutions for floral design, event styling, and other event services. We feel everyone deserves to have an elegant event no matter how lean their budget so we work closely with our clients to ensure we give them a elegant look and feel within their budget. Our talented team of experts transform otherwise ordinary event sites into magical spaces by using a variety of linens, uplights, unique tablescapes, props and beautiful fresh flowers. If you imagine it - We will create it! We love making our clients dreams come true without them breaking the bank. Nothing makes us happier to see that bride, birthday girl or guy, office manager, party planner say "I can't believe you gave us this look for our budget". Cathy Decorator decorated both our outdoor ceremony location and our reception location which was at a restaurant. Both locations were waterfront properties and pretty tricky to transform but she and her team were AMAZING. Cathys pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the outcome is wonderful. I spoke to many decorators prior to choosing Cathy and I found that she was the only one that really listened to what I wanted before giving their thoughts and after I talked to her in our initial meeting she provided a vision board which showed exactly what I was looking for. I knew what I wanted but I couldn't verbalise it when she and I first spoke and other decorators kept asking me to send them photos of so they can get an idea of what we were looking for however Cathy was able to visually create my thoughts and scattered ideas without me providing any images for the decor. She delivered exactly what she said she would, came with me to numerous meetings with the venue and was timely with no issues. I will definitely use her for future events.

Table Toppers by Cathy - Changed a blank boring room and transformed it into elegant ambiance and exquisite style. Cathy and staff have a decorative eye for creating beauty. They are as well personable and delightful to work with. Cathy and her staff are professional and meticulous with detail. I can't wait to hire them again. They made my daughter's mini prom event over the top spectacular! So worth it!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TTBC has very competitive pricing. Everyone can have a beautiful wedding within any budget as long as you are flexible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TTBC process is rather simple. We meet or conference call with our clients to find out exactly how they envisioned their event. We provide sample pictures of our recommendations or our clients provide us sample pictures of their vision. We then provide an inspiration board with pricing. Once the client is happy with the inspiration board, we provide a contract and payment terms of up to 3 payments.

TTBC works with brides and engaged couples; milestone birthday host; milestone anniversary couples; event planners; event managers for corporations; wedding coordinators/planners; school representatives, etc.
