Our pricing is based on project scope, materials, and timeline. We provide detailed written estimates at no charge after an in-home consultation. We never cut corners — every quote reflects quality craftsmanship and transparent costs with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your vision and assess the space. From there, we provide a detailed written estimate within 48 hours. Once approved, we create a project timeline, handle all permits if required, and keep you informed throughout every phase until final walkthrough
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. We are fully licensed and insured in Virginia and DC, and continuously train on the latest construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
