Luis was very responsive via Thumbtack and was able to come out the very next day to install our mailbox and post. He is very professional and the quality of is work is top notch. I can tell by how he works, he pays attention to the details and does not rush. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone who needs "handyman" work completed. I recently installed a mini-split in my garage as a DIY project but patching drywall is not my forte—I lack the patience. When I sought estimates to patch the 10 holes in the drywall, many vendors either didn’t respond or quoted exorbitant rates. I even contacted the vendor who initially finished and painted my garage, but their quote was nearly 75% of what they charged for the entire three-car garage. M&C stood out by responding promptly and offering to do the job the following day. Although I wasn’t ready that soon due to the ongoing mini-split installation, they accommodated my schedule and came the next morning after I finished. They not only patched the drywall (tape, mud, and sand) but also took the initiative to paint, despite my plan to do it myself. Their professionalism and timeliness impressed me. I’ve attached before photos taken during the mini-split installation. I had secured the removed drywall pieces with wood and screws. M&C’s work was so thorough that it appears as if the mini-split was installed when the house was originally built, not just a week ago. I highly recommend M&C and plan to use their services again. They offer a range of household solutions, and I intend to hire them for future projects.
