JC and his team are absolutely phenomenal! We hired YK Design and Remodel to tackle our fixer upper that had many significant issues. JC is knowledgeable in so many areas of home repair and also has an excellent team of subcontractors that can take on any type and size problem. JC is also amazing on the design side of renovation/remodel- he has a great eye and made many great suggestions. We were most impressed with how quickly the project was completed and the value for money. JC gave quotes on site and stuck to what was agreed upon. The team took care of completely rebuilding a staircase, installing flooring, foundation waterproofing/drainage, painting, hvac, plumbing, and some electrical all before our move in date. They cleaned up as they worked and friends and family that saw progress pictures all commented on how clean the job site looked. Our experience was so positive that will be using YK Design and Remodel for all home repairs moving forward!

Beautiful job! Carlos was great to work with. He helped us understand what would work best in stopping the water damage in our Basement. His team came in, got rid of all the mold and structural damage and turned our nasty basement into a beautiful master bedroom. Thank you again!

What a great team! Yahaira has great design skills, and Juan Carlos and the work crew do quality work and they are efficient with how much they can get done in a day. I have two new bathrooms and a new dry bar that I love. There was a lot of coordination with the timing so we wouldn’t be without a bathroom, and they were very organized with the schedule throughout all the work. All issues that came up were resolved quickly. This is a great team, highly recommend!

Highly recommend YK Design and Remodel for their professional home improvement and design work. We worked with Juan on multiple projects and their team has since done larger remodels for our neighbors. They are easy to work with, organized, and provided clear estimates ahead of time. The finished work is superb and shows a true attention to detail. Our neighbors had heavy design work that was truly tailored to their tastes. We are glad to have had him assist us with multiple projects (drywall/painting/electrical/woodworking) and when we are ready for larger remodels we will look to them for their expertise.

Juan Carlos was great to work with. His team was polite and courteous when in my home, and treated it with respect. Construction always has its challenges and people make mistakes, the few that occurred were corrected immediately and without dispute. Knowing what I know about them and their workmanship, I would hire them again, and plan to in the near future.
