Ii would absolutely hire Magnolia again!! Leo showed up on time, and explained his process of cleaning my gutters. At the front of the house, he even bagged all the leaves. Above and beyond, he checked my roof for any gutter and chimney issues. He was kind enough to take some photos of some cracks in the caulking that needed to be addressed. Happy to give this company my highest recommendation.

They came out today to clean out our gutters and were very impressed. Punctual, great response time, and priced fairly. They showed us what was clogging our gutters and gave us a quote to add gutter guards since we requested it. Will definitely use them again in the future!

When I saw this company had a perfect rating of 5-stars, I was initially a bit skeptical, but I decided to give them a try. Wow! I now understand why they are so highly rated! They removed my gutter guards, cleaned underneath them and reinstalled them, while providing me with pictures of before and after their job was completed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When cleaning gutters or doing a chimney sweep we like to cover everything and answer all questions. We clean gutters and rinse them down to make sure nothing was missed in the downspouts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have at least seven years of experience working with chimneys, gutters, power washing, and dryer vent cleaning.

We have worked with all kinds of clients some that have been in their homes for 30 plus year, new owners, contractors, and new construction.
