Antonio just completed a huge project of replacing bathroom Floors x 2 , placing hardwood floors and replacing carpets in the whole house even up stairs for us and we couldn't be happier !! From the first meeting where he came to give us a quote until today the day of completion he was ALWAYS profesional and reliable ( we had dealt with bad contractors before ) but this was the best contractor experience we ever had !! He Always communicated promptly , and his crew all courteous and thoughtful with your things .. if I could give him 10 stars I would !!! If you need work done .. don't even hesitate or look further I have total confidence in recommending him for ANY job !!!!!

Antonio and his crew did an amazing job replacing my floors and the back splash in my new condo. Antonio is extremely responsive, he answered emails and texts immediately. He also assisted with hooking up the plumbing after the countertop company installed new countertops and replacing the vent above the stove with a microwave. I highly recommend using Antonio and his crew.

My husband and I bought a foreclosure about a year ago, and were fortunate enough to stumble upon Manuel Iglesias to install LVP flooring in our upstairs loft. This is by far the best company we have worked with since we purchased the house, and that is saying a lot! They installed the flooring quickly and perfectly. They showed up on time and charged a fair price. Since then, I've had them come back to do several jobs, including install carpet in several rooms. We've also had them do other contractor-type jobs, and everything has been done to perfection. Manuel is professional, timely, responsive, and affordable! His workmanship is top notch as well. I've even referred him to my neighbor here in Fawn Lake, and she and her husband can't stop raving about what an excellent job they did installing their new hardwood floors. I would highly recommend this company, without reservation, to anyone seeking flooring installation, and possibly other contractor-work done in their home!

This crew has been the absolute best! The painted the entire first floor of my house and the ceiling in my family room is two stories and it looks absolutely amazing. My kitchen is finally complete. My backsplash was the cherry on top. It was a not and easy tile but they took their time and did a great job. I would hire again.
