I had an amazing experience with Nelson and the Capitol Flooring team. Not only was their hardwood install and refinish of my existing floors stunning, their punctuality, professionalism, and care were what really impressed me most. At the end of each day, they took great care to clean up and treat my home like their own. Capitol removed carpet and linoleum to replace with hardwood and refinished existing hardwood to match new. Price was extremely competitive with comparable contractors. I will be recommending Capitol Flooring to all of my friends for their flooring needs.

Nelson came over for an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floors on a Friday afternoon. He had an estimate, that was more than fair sent to me that evening. His crew showed up at my house at 7:45 Saturday morning(the next day) and worked until 6:00. Nelson himself came over Sunday morning to put the last coat of polyurethane on. They put blankets down to make sure to not track mud, they put protective plastic up everywhere while they were working. They did an amazing job, and I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. Professional, responsive, and great value for quality work.

We hired this company from a request in Thumbtack, and we had an excellent experience. Nelson was extremely responsive and quick at communicating via text. He provided a very competitive quote along with thorough information about the service we wanted. The job site manager Luis was punctual both mornings on site, and they did an amazing job refinishing our red oak hardwood floors in our new home. The floor looks absolutely perfect, and they were very neat and tidy, covering everything in plastic and ensuring no dust was left behind. I would highly recommend hiring this company without hesitation.
