We had an outstanding experience with Capital Flooring. They resurfaced our hardwood floors and the results exceeded expectations. The natural finish they recommended turned out beautifully, giving the floors a clean, timeless look that fits perfectly with our home. In addition to refinishing, they repaired approximately 20 feet of water-damaged wood from a failed dishwasher. You would never know there had been any damage. They also addressed large gaps caused by years of expansion, and after sanding and applying the new polyurethane, everything blended seamlessly. The final result has a smooth, satin luster that looks both high-quality and durable. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship really shows. I hired Nelson to do a big job - we had to remove carpet from three bedrooms, replace them with new hardwood, remove carpet from stairs and replace it with new hardwood, and sand and re-staining all of the hardwood in our home yo match a new color. His team was very punctual, they performed the job very quickly, not compromising quality and craftsmanship. Nelson was also very responsive, he always replied to my text messages, even after hours, and was very patient when I was indecisive about the color of the stain on my floors. We plan to do some work on our basement and remove carpet and install LVP. When we are ready to do this we plan to rehire him and his team. They were so incredible at getting the job done and me and my husband were very impressed. These pictures are prior to when the baseboards were installed. They look even better in the after picture!
