1. Initial Contact: You reach out via Thumbtack, our website or email. We gather basic details about your home and cleaning needs. 2. Provide an Estimate: Based on your home’s square footage and requested services, we provide a personalized quote. We ask you to fill out our booking form for a more detailed and accurate estimate. 3. Scheduling: Once you approve the estimate on our website and provide the required information in the booking form, you can select a convenient date and time for your cleaning. 4. Cleaning Service: Our professional, detail-oriented team arrives on time with all necessary supplies to provide the cleaning service you requested - whether deep cleaning, standard cleaning, move-in/move-out or Airbnb cleaning. 5. Follow-Up & Satisfaction Guarantee: After the cleaning, we ensure you’re completely satisfied with the results. If you’re not happy, we’ll fix it for free. 6. Recurring Services (Optional): If desired, we can set up recurring cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, often with discounted rates.
