- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, in order to be responsive to our customers, our pricing is based on the size of the space to be cleaned as well as the level of detail required by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to provide the best customer service. Thus, we try to meet the needs of the customer when they call to request a cleaning service. We schedule a first appointment to view the space that needs to be cleaned, we show our environment-friendly products to the customer, and then we negotiate a rate that is appropriate for the level of cleaning and the size of the space that needs to be cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have staff that have on average 10-15 years of experience in cleaning homes, offices, and schools. We are in the process of getting every staff member certified in Green Cleaning Services as offered by the International Janitorial and Cleaning Services Association.
