Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation, which can be done over the phone or in person. During this conversation, we gather important details about the home, the type of cleaning needed, and the customer's specific preferences or concerns. Next, we provide a customized quote based on the scope of work. If the client agrees, we schedule the first cleaning appointment. On the first visit, our team arrives on time, fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and tools. After the cleaning, we follow up with the client to make sure they’re satisfied and to address any feedback. From there, we can arrange regular cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) or schedule as needed. Our goal is to build trust and long-term relationships through consistent quality and communication.
